Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages

As a dropshipping business, products may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
