VibeDrive, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at vibedrive@zohomailcloud.ca so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
